Employees

At Nordast, we’re a multicultural and fully digital team spread across countries and time zones — united by a shared purpose, not a shared office. Our engineers and staff can live and work wherever they choose, reflecting our belief that great work doesn’t depend on location, but on trust and collaboration.

We believe in growing the next generation of marine engineers and technicians. We regularly welcome interns from different backgrounds, giving them real, hands-on experience in BWTS systems, spare parts logistics, and digital service tools. Our team takes pride in teaching, mentoring, and helping young professionals build confidence and skills they can carry anywhere in the industry.

Responsible Travel

We know our work means travelling and moving goods – but we don’t ignore the emissions that come with it. We track CO₂ per flight so we can see our impact and keep pushing it down over time. Whenever it doesn’t hurt efficiency or project quality, we choose buses and trains over taxis and private cars, and plan visits so we combine tasks into fewer, smarter trips. Small, practical decisions – every day – to keep Nordast effective and lighter on the planet.
