Parts & Logistics

This is our integrated option where Nordast Parts doesn’t just sell you spare parts and tools – we also get them to your nominated ship’s agent or warehouse.

From cost-efficient to express air freight – We focus on air freight from airport to airport, working with trusted partners and courier networks so your spare parts and tools reach the right airport for your agent to clear and deliver on board.
Consolidated, ship-ready shipments – When an order involves several suppliers in Europe or Asia, we collect everything at our hub (e.g. Tallinn or a partner warehouse), check, photograph, consolidate and repack into one well-prepared shipment instead of multiple loose boxes
Documents that actually clear customs – We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and air waybill details in the format agents and customs expect, and email a full document package and pre-alert to the nominated agent so they can plan clearance and onward delivery

After-Sales Installation

When you order spare parts and tools or PANASIA equipment (such as BWTS, scrubbers or TLGS) from us, we can also come on board to install and, where needed, commission them. Your partner for supplying equipment, installing it and standing behind the result – from quotation to final sign-off.

From order to running equipment – you place the order, and we take it from there: parts or systems are supplied, brought on board and put into operation by us
Project management – we plan attendance around your port calls, dockings or voyages, so installation and commissioning happen at your schedule
Simplified follow-up – if questions arise later, you turn to Nordast, the same company that both supplied and installed the equipment, not a mix of vendors and contractors
