Overview

We diagnose and resolve electronic and automation failures onboard, remotely or on-site.

Electronic failures do not align with schedules. A PLC alarm becomes a PSC deficiency. A battery system fault trips propulsion. A fire detection panel fault delays port clearance. The difference between a minor fault and a major operational disruption is usually response time and the quality of the diagnosis.
